Morrisons Free Breakfast Deal

Morrisons and Kellogg’s are teaming up once again to provide complimentary breakfast meals for families throughout the Easter holiday season.

Beginning April 7th and continuing through April 27th, 2025, customers can request a “Kellogg’s Breakfast” at any of Morrisons’ 396 cafés located across the United Kingdom.

This program aims to alleviate pressure on family budgets when school-based breakfast programs are unavailable during the holiday break. Both children and adults are welcome to partake in this offering, which includes a free bowl of cereal accompanied by fresh fruit.

The initiative marks its third year of operation, building upon previous successes in supporting families during school closures. Customers can select from a range of popular Kellogg’s cereals such as Corn Flakes, Rice Krispies, and Coco Pops. The breakfast is served with a choice of dairy or non-dairy milk, and fruit options include bananas, apples, and oranges, all readily available at the café counters.

The offer is subject to availability while supplies last and requires no additional purchase – simply ask for the “Kellogg’s Breakfast” when visiting.

Recent research conducted by Kellogg’s highlights a significant challenge faced by families during school holidays: nearly two-thirds (61%) of UK parents find their food budgets stretched thin, while 42% report experiencing anxiety about ensuring their children are adequately fed when schools are closed.

This program directly addresses this “holiday hunger gap,” providing a readily accessible and free breakfast option for families in need.

Chris Strong, Senior Buying Manager at Morrisons Café, stated: “Our partnership with Kellogg’s on the breakfast club has proven incredibly well-received by our customers, and we’re thrilled to bring it back for its third year. We’ve been able to support many families across the UK since its introduction, and we will continue doing so during the Easter school holidays.”

Chris Silcock, Managing Director at Kellogg’s added: “For over 27 years, we have been committed to supporting school breakfast clubs. However, we recognize that additional assistance is needed outside of regular school terms. Our research clearly indicates this is a source of concern for parents.”

To date, the program has facilitated the redemption of approximately 22,000 bowls of cereal, showcasing its growing impact. This initiative aligns with Kellogg’s longstanding dedication to supporting school breakfast clubs, dating back to 1998.

Beyond the “Kellogg’s Breakfast” offer, Morrisons continues to provide further support through their existing “Kids Eat Free” promotion in cafés nationwide. A complimentary kids’ meal is available with any adult main meal costing more than £5.

  • Qualifying meals for adults include options from The Breakfasts, The Classics and The Chippy sections of the menu.
  • This offer is valid every day of the week.
  • It applies to all children under 16 years old, adding another layer of support for families visiting Morrisons cafés during the Easter period.
