Belichick’s girlfriend declines relationship questions

Bill Belichick's girlfriend shuts down relationship question: 'We're not talking about this' Celebrity

In a recent interview, North Carolina Tar Heels football coach Bill Belichick briefly addressed his relationship with Jordon Hudson, a 24-year-old woman.

During “CBS Mornings,” Hudson notably curtailed one line of questioning from host Tony Dokoupil. Describing her as a “constant presence,” Hudson interjected when Dokoupil inquired about the origin of their connection.

“We’re not talking about this,” she stated firmly, seated alongside Belichick.

Dokoupil then probed Belichick on how he navigated the public attention surrounding his personal life. The veteran coach responded with characteristic stoicism:

“Never been too worried about what everybody else thinks. Just try to do what I feel like what’s best for me and what’s right.”

Belichick has previously referred to Hudson as his “creative muse,” and she maintains a role within the Tar Heels football program, often included on email correspondence at his request.

Their relationship reportedly began in 2021 when they met on a flight to Boston, sparking an immediate connection. Reports suggest that Belichick and Hudson, despite their significant age difference—he is 73, she is 24—have “discussed marriage,” according to Page Six.

The age disparity recently gained considerable attention following the release of emails obtained by The Athletic. These communications revealed Belichick’s apprehension about potentially being labeled a “predator” online, prompting him to seek assurances from UNC officials regarding social media monitoring.

  • Feb. 13 Email (Hudson): “Is there anyone monitoring the UNC Football page for slanderous commentary and subsequently deleting it / blocking users that are harassing BB in the comments?”
  • Feb. 14 Email (Belichick): “I cannot believe that UNC would support my being called a ‘predator.’”

UNC senior associate athletic director Robbi Pickeral Evans swiftly responded, affirming that the university’s social media team routinely removes comments regarding personal matters and would “never” condone such accusations.
