Four international students—Chinmay Deore of India, alongside companions from China and Nepal—have initiated legal action alleging the unjust revocation of their student visas.
The plaintiffs contend that their immigration authorizations were ended without proper justification, prompting them to seek redress through the courts.
Their lawsuit details a situation where academic pursuits were abruptly halted due to actions they believe were unwarranted and detrimental to their educational goals.
