Four international students—Chinmay Deore of India, alongside companions from China and Nepal—have initiated legal action alleging the unjust revocation of their student visas.
The plaintiffs contend that their immigration authorizations were ended without proper justification, prompting them to seek redress through the courts.
Their lawsuit details a situation where academic pursuits were abruptly halted due to actions they believe were unwarranted and detrimental to their educational goals.
Specifically, the legal filing asserts:
- Chinmay Deore (India)
- Three students from China
- Three students from Nepal
“The termination of these students’ visas represents a significant disruption to their lives and academic aspirations,” stated a representative familiar with the case.
The lawsuit seeks to restore the students’ immigration status and address what they perceive as an unfair application of policy.
