Arch Manning signs apparel deal

With the anticipated departure of Quinn Ewers, Arch Manning is poised to assume the starting quarterback position for the Texas Longhorns beginning in 2025.

As he prepares for a significantly expanded role on the field this coming season, Manning continues to garner attention not just for his football abilities but also for his considerable earnings through name, image, and likeness (NIL) deals.

Just recently, Manning was among the most coveted high school recruits nationwide. He ultimately chose to pursue his career at Texas, where he initially saw limited playing time during his first two seasons.

Manning’s evident athletic promise, combined with his lineage as the nephew of legendary quarterbacks Peyton and Eli Manning, has fueled a series of lucrative endorsement agreements since entering college football. His NIL valuation is currently estimated at $6.5 million, establishing him among the highest-earning collegiate athletes.

This week, he solidified his partnership portfolio by adding apparel brand Vuori to his list of collaborators.

“Next Mann Up: Arch Manning. Vuori is excited to announce Arch Manning, college football player, as the newest Vuori Athlete,” the company announced on Instagram. “From his outstanding work ethic on and off the field to his unique ability to stay true to himself despite his rising status, our new athlete embodies what winning really means to us: a passion to perform, and an inner knowing that true strength starts within.”

Last season, Manning participated in 10 games, including two as a starter when Ewers was sidelined due to injury. He concluded the season with 939 passing yards, nine touchdowns, and only two interceptions.

Texas made a strong showing in the College Football Playoff, defeating Clemson in the first round before narrowly losing to Arizona State in overtime during the quarterfinal stage. Ohio State ultimately secured the national championship, ending Texas’s playoff run in January.

The Longhorns will kick off the 2025 season on August 30th with a highly anticipated rematch against Ohio State in Columbus.
