During an upcoming interview with Fox News host Rachel Campos-Duffy, President Donald Trump received a brief Spanish lesson related to his signature slogan, “Make America Great Again.”
The exchange occurred as Campos-Duffy and the former president discussed the enduring power of the phrase. She playfully offered to teach him how to express the sentiment in Spanish.
“Mr. President, I’d like to show you how to say ‘Let’s Make America Great Again’ in Spanish,” she stated. “Vamos a hacer America grande otra vez.”
While his pronunciation wasn’t flawless, Trump attempted the phrase with enthusiasm.
“America grande otra vez!” he responded—a rendition that conveyed the core message of “America great again.”
Trump affirmed that “Making America Great Again” served as the central theme throughout his presidency and expressed confidence in its attainability, suggesting it was a straightforward objective. He elaborated on what he believed would have been the nation’s trajectory had he not secured another term.
“People said this country was headed for collapse if I hadn’t won,” Trump stated. “A financial and overall failure – possibly even worse given all the narratives they pushed. Our country was going to be a significant disappointment, and it wouldn’t have taken long.”
Reflecting on his initial months back in office, Trump asserted that the United States has regained global standing.
- He emphasized renewed respect for America on the world stage.
The complete interview with President Trump will be broadcast Tuesday afternoon at 4 p.m. ET on Fox News.
